We’re looking for an experienced Data Analyst or Data Scientist to collaborate on the design and development of a cutting-edge online course. You'll play a central role in shaping a learning experience that equips aspiring professionals with the technical and analytical skills needed to thrive in the field. This is a full-time opportunity for subject matter experts who are passionate about teaching, curriculum design, and helping learners succeed.🚀 What you will do Curriculum Development: Collaborate with our team to structure a course that aligns with the needs of learners and industry expectations. Content Creation: Develop clear, concise, and engaging instructional materials—including lesson texts, draft slides, screencast scripts, assessments, and outlines for live sessions. Work closely with instructional designers to iterate and refine materials. On-Camera Participation: Serve as a speaker in recorded instructional videos and walkthroughs to personalize the learning experience. Project Design: Create real-world Capstone projects that allow learners to apply their skills to practical business problems and data challenges. Feedback & Iteration: Review learner and peer feedback and participate in continuous improvement cycles of course content. Optional (Teaching): Optionally, lead live online sessions as an instructor to engage directly with learners and support their progress. Requirements 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or a closely related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (at least B2). Strong command of tools and languages such as Python, SQL, Excel, Jupyter, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Tableau/Power BI, etc. Experience applying data skills to real-world business problems. Educational Mindset: Prior experience creating or teaching technical educational content (online or in-person) is a plus. Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, accessible language. Collaboration & Communication: Comfortable working with instructional designers and content production teams. Open to feedback and committed to iterative improvements. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Nice-to-have: Experience with curriculum development, e-learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, or LMSs), or EdTech startups.
