The primary role of this position will be to ensure the community based developmental disabilities system continues to progressively evolve with the changing needs of South Dakotans with ID/DD.
This position will focus on the collection, aggregation, analysis and presentation of data and information used to support the performance of the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) and the network of providers supporting participants in DDD’s programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and integrating division data to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Trending and tracking program data to identify trends in compliance and quality.
  • Create tools and perform analyses to enable performance measure reporting for waiver compliance.
  • Develop tools, dashboards, and reports for leadership review and decision-making.
  • Leverage integrated datasets to identify issues with quality and compliance.

This position requires some in-state travel.
