About the Role:  As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making and improving business processes. You will work primarily with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to analyze data, automate reporting, and provide actionable insights that enhance organizational performance. This role reports to the Sr. Data Scientist within the Global Sales organization. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel reports to support sales and operations teams. * Manage and fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests. * Conduct customer segmentation and identify potential sales opportunities. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance process automation.   Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. * Strong proficiency in Excel * Experience with reporting tools (Power BI or Tableau) and CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) required * Experience with Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Analytical, detail-oriented, and a proactive self-starter. * Ability to work flexible hours, supporting organizations across the globe * Fluent in English   Preferred: * Prior work experience in Sales Operations, Data Science, Analytics, or related functions * Experience developing reports with Power BI or similar tools such as Tableau or Looker. * Experience using process flow mapping tools (e.g., Visio). * Experience with process automation tools (e.g., Power Automate or n8n).
