Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with expertise in AI and machine learning to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing data from various sources to provide insights that improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R), SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and developing predictive models.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in data analysis within the manufacturing, life sciences or construction sector is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in data analysis, AI, or project management are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Management: Identify, collect, and manage data from various sources such as ERP systems, project management software, and cloud platforms.
  • Data Analysis: Apply statistical and analytical techniques to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Machine Learning Models: Develop and implement machine learning models to predict outcomes, optimize processes, and enhance resource allocation.
  • Visualization: Create clear and concise data visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Reporting: Summarize and present findings to stakeholders in a format that is easy to understand and actionable.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with various teams to implement data-driven improvements in processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation checks.
  • AI Integration: Work with the internal digital team to integrate new data management technologies and software engineering tools into existing structures.
