The Data Analyst will work within a data analytics team in the Sourcing organization (Buyers, Procurement, Logistics, Order Fulfillment, Commodity Leaders, Tendering & Project Managers) in close collaboration with partner functions such as EHS and Quality. Main Responsibilities: Capture and analyze internal customers’ data and analytics requirements. Perform exploratory and targeted data analysis using descriptive statistics and other relevant methods. Collaborate with technical teams on predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives. Work with data engineers on data quality assessment and analytics for sourcing data. Produce reports to document, communicate, and support decision-making. Communicate methods, findings, and hypotheses with stakeholders. Create or update standard operating procedures. Qualifications Required Skills Tableau experience is mandatory. Power BI experience is a strong plus. English proficiency: minimum C1 level (the role requires daily communication entirely in English). Minimum 2 years of professional experience. Industry-specific experience is no longer required. Educational & Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 6+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 3 years in Data Analytics or Data Science OR Master’s degree in a STEM field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Science
