Reporting is your baby. You have several years of professional experience with Power BI. We’re not looking for a beginner, but someone who has already independently implemented reporting projects.
You’re highly proficient in DAX and Power Query, and you know from experience how to build data models that remain performant even with large volumes of data.
You’ve already designed reports for end customers and understand that a good report answers questions before they’re even asked. You think from the user’s perspective, not the database’s.
Ideally, you’re familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse. At a minimum, you have experience connecting complex data sources.
HR KPIs such as employee turnover, time-to-hire, or sickness/absence rates are familiar concepts to you — or you’re able to quickly and genuinely engage with the relevant subject matter.
You communicate confidently in German and English, because your reports will be used worldwide.
