We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our Airline & Supplier Relations team, which manages strategic partnerships, agreements, and incentive programs. This role will focus on ensuring data accuracy and reporting reliability across backends, bookings, cancellations, and financial alignment, while supporting strategic growth initiatives with our airline partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence (airline/travel industry experience is a strong plus)
  • Proficiency in SQL for extracting and validating data across multiple sources
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets / Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, visualizations)
  • Proven ability to reconcile operational and financial data with a high degree of accuracy
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI) is a plus

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans l’analyse de données, le reporting ou la veille économique (une expérience dans le secteur aérien/touristique est un atout majeur)
  • Maîtrise du langage SQL pour l’extraction et la validation de données provenant de plusieurs sources
  • Solides compétences dans Google Sheets / Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, formules avancées, visualisations)
  • Capacité avérée à rapprocher les données opérationnelles et financières avec un haut degré de précision
  • La maîtrise des outils BI (Looker, Tableau ou Power BI) est un atout
Responsibilities
  • Interpret and analyze airline contracts to extract key terms
  • Generate airline incentive reports on a daily basis
  • Deliver monthly summary reports to Finance for reconciliation and incentive validation
  • Conduct manual quality assurance checks on booking data to ensure accuracy and compliance with agreements
  • Ensure the timely and accurate contract entry, in accordance with established procedures
  • Develop, test, and refine AI prompts to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency
  • Identify patterns in partner performance and revenue drivers; recommend actionable optimization strategies
  • Maintain data documentation and tracking systems to ensure consistent reporting and insight generation
