Description
Data Analyst Sydney | Remote first with in person meet ups Delivering the future models of care in cardiovascular disease. At Cardihab, we’re helping people recover from and prevent cardiac events in ways that actually work for them. We’ve built Australia’s first clinically proven Digital Therapeutic platform for cardiac rehabilitation. The evidence shows participants live longer, healthier lives, with better value healthcare than usual care. We’re already working with most of Australia’s major health funds. We have a TGA-registered product. We’re delivering measurable outcomes for thousands of patients. And we’re still early. The role We’re hiring a Data Analyst to build and own the dashboards and reporting that help us understand and improve our programs. You’ll work across product, operations, and customer teams, translating data into something people can actually use. Build dashboards showing program performance, patient engagement, and clinical outcomes Create customer-facing reporting that clearly demonstrates value Support internal teams with operational insights and performance tracking Analyse cohorts and identify opportunities to improve program outcomes Work with engineering to improve data quality and structure Automate reporting to reduce manual effort and increase consistency This isn’t just reporting. You’ll shape how decisions get made. What success looks like Teams rely on your dashboards to run the business Customer conversations are backed by clear, credible data Reporting is consistent, accurate, and scalable You identify issues and opportunities before they become obvious What we’re looking for You don’t need to be senior, but you do need to take ownership. 3 - 5 years’ experience in data analysis or BI Strong SQL skills and experience with a BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) Comfortable building dashboards from scratch Able to explain data clearly to non-technical stakeholders Proactive and self-directed, you don’t wait to be told what to do Comfortable working in a startup where things evolve Nice to have: Experience with healthcare or clinical data Python or R Familiarity with cohort analysis and engagement metrics Experience with cloud data environments How we work Cardihab is small enough that your work matters immediately. The team is distributed across Sydney, Brisbane, Tasmania, and the Philippines. We’re practical, outcome-oriented, and not overly process-heavy. The people who do well here: Take initiative without waiting to be told Are comfortable with ambiguity Are genuinely curious about healthcare and how it can be improved If you need a lot of structure and hand-holding, this probably won’t be the right fit. If you want to own something meaningful and see it move, it probably will be. Why join The roadmap is genuinely exciting, and the decisions we make over the next few years will define what this company becomes. If you want to do meaningful work at pace, in a space that actually matters, there aren’t many opportunities like this one.
