Description AvaTrade is seeking for a talented Marketing Data Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will assist in analyzing market trends, conducting competitor research, and supporting marketing campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with less than two years of experience in marketing or analytics to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage data analysis and reporting, managing and enhancing our marketing database, building and maintaining our dashboards, and providing data-driven testing hypotheses and strategies to support marketing, sales and other customer conversion & retention efforts Develop and maintain data analytics systems and processes that allow for optimization of automation efforts SQL – Write scripts to analyze data and perform specific data queries. BI Tools- Experience in working with BI tools (Tableau, Click, Power BI etc.) Working with teams across the company to ensure that the results of analyses are communicated, understood and utilized Serve as Marketing team expert on funnel health and conversion Use this expertise to inform campaign development and optimization Propose testing strategies to further optimize automation campaigns across communication channels Requirements 2+ years of quantitative work experience in marketing analytics or business intelligence Proficient knowledge of SQL- a must A team Player. Experience in analytics and familiarity with big data tools and analytics suites (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Firebase, Big Query)- an advantage. Adaptable self-starter with strong communication skills
