We support key stakeholders in Commercial Strategy, Merchant Management, B2B Product & Automation (including CRM), and Sales with dashboards, analysis, and actionable recommendations – on topics such as inventory, monetization, and merchant acquisition and retention. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in a data-driven role, ideally with a B2B or e-commerce focus.
  • You are experienced in collaborating with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, managing expectations, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
  • Strong SQL skills and a focus on writing efficient, maintainable queries.
  • Proficiency with Tableau or a similar BI tool and a strong sense for clear, stakeholder-friendly data visualisation.
  • You communicate analytical insights clearly and effectively in English (German is a plus) – also to non-technical audiences.
  • Bonus: Experience with Python, R, or AWS services (e.g. Glue, Athena)

Responsibilities
  • You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across different B2B areas, understand their goals, and deliver data-driven solutions to support business decisions
  • You’ll analyze the performance of merchants and their inventories and identify key drivers behind changes and opportunities.
  • You’ll create exploratory analyses and reports that directly inform strategic and operational decisions.
  • You’ll design clear, interactive dashboards in Tableau and ensure a solid data foundation via SQL.
  • You’ll actively contribute to team collaboration, share knowledge, and help shape our data products.
