Description:

The purpose of the Inventory Data Analyst (contract) position will be involved in creating analysis for warehouse activities, logistics activities. DEX system efficiencies and accuracy.

EDUCATION

  • University degree in Business/ Science or Diploma in Accounting.
  • Minimum of three years (3+) in an Inventory/Purchasing/Analyst position.
  • Previous experience working in a Healthcare industry, pharmacy system (Kroll) and drugs knowledge is highly preferred.
  • ERP (NAV) knowledge is required.
  • Excellent analytical, observation and problem-solving skills.
  • High sense of energy & urgency with a positive attitude.
  • Exemplary oral and written communication skills and written document skills.
  • Computer skill set – MS Word, Excel proficiency looks ups and pivot tables, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and the ability to learn other software/ application as required.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and monitor KPIs for Warehouse, DEX, and Logistics.
  • Design and maintain BI reports with added insights that help identify possible opportunities for business process improvement.
  • Perform complex statistical analysis in Dynamic NAV/ MS Excel spreadsheets and run reports and visual estimates as needed.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the Warehouse Management System and respond to interdepartmental queries as required.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external clients and take ownership of client reporting needs.
  • Manage program deliverables and reporting requirements in a timely fashion or as expected.
  • Periodically prepare documentation for Deep Dive sessions for Logistics, Warehouse and DEX.
  • Participate in ongoing internal and/ or external continuing education activities.
  • Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures.
  • Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company’s Quality Management System.
  • Participates in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties and is responsible to notify immediate supervisor of any Health & Safety risks or concerns.
  • Work with staff, department heads, and management to document internal processes and reporting.
  • Become intimately involved with operations to develop a complete understanding of the environment and operating conditions involved, as well as the desired results. Communicate with external entities to ensure that internal processes may be inadequate to meet business needs.
  • Flexible with participation of process improvements, changing process documentation as required.
  • Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel.
  • Other duties as required.
