Data Analyst / BI Specialist – Mercedes-Benz AG

Location: Böblingen / Stuttgart Region, Germany

Start: 1 October 2026

Contract: Long-term assignment until 30 September 2028

Working hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: €50,000–€70,000 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications

Working model: On-site

Languages: Fluent/negotiation-level German and English

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst / BI Specialist to join a long-term project with Mercedes-Benz AG at the Smart Areal in Böblingen, Stuttgart region.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical and Business Intelligence skills who is looking for a stable, long-term position within a major international automotive environment.

Your responsibilities

You will work across Data Analysis and Project Management, supporting the business in analysing data, developing insights and creating effective BI solutions.

The role will involve working with large datasets and translating business requirements into meaningful reports, dashboards and analytical solutions.

What we're looking for

• Professional experience working with Databricks
• Strong data analysis and analytical skills
• Experience with Business Intelligence
• Strong Power BI knowledge
• Good programming/development skills using DAX
• Very good German – business/negotiation level
• Very good English – business/negotiation level
• Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline

Experience with Google Analytics or another analytics platform would be an advantage.
