Description
We’re looking for a Data Analyst at Billdu who can turn data into a clear story, and a story into a concrete decision. Someone who won’t just look at charts, but will ask: “Why is this happening?”, “What does it mean for product and marketing?”, and “What do we do next?” We have a solid foundation that works. Now we need the next step: better data collection, better event design, consistent metrics, automated insights, and reporting that’s understandable for the whole team. If you enjoy setting best practices and having real impact, this role is for you. What will you do? Product analytics & decision-making You’ll analyze user behavior in the app: funnel, activation, retention, and feature value. You’ll help us make prioritization decisions and validate whether changes actually improve the product. Marketing & growth analytics You’ll evaluate channels and campaigns, connect them with product behavior, track CAC, payback, ROAS where it makes sense, and bring practical recommendations we can quickly test. Data infrastructure & quality You’ll help set up data collection and events so they’re consistent, interpretable, and usable across teams. You’ll guard data quality, metric definitions, and documentation so everyone is looking at “the same truth.” Dashboards, ad hoc analyses & weekly insights You’ll build clear dashboards and ad hoc analyses for product, marketing, and leadership. We want you to gradually introduce automated reporting and regular weekly insights (including AI workflows if you’d like). What’s attractive about this role? Visible impact Your recommendations feed directly into product and marketing decisions. You won’t be a “reporting service,” but an analytical partner to the teams. Broad scope Product, growth, event tracking, reporting, best practices. Room to set things up properly We have a working base, but we want a system that’s robust and scalable. Employee benefits & perks Join the team behind a global product and one of Slovakia’s most successful success stories Stable job with the option of partial work-from-home Fair compensation, plus a hardware and education allowance An environment where you can fully use your potential, with support for learning and continuous development Multisport card for sports and relaxation Game room, silent room, relax zone, and many other perks for your comfort Access to a platform with 500+ courses and a Blinkist Premium account And lots of teambuilding activities :) Candidate requirements Personal qualities & skills We don’t need an exact number of years of experience. What matters more is that you can work independently, ask for the right inputs, and communicate the output in a way that’s usable for the team. Must-have experience with: Amplitude + event design RudderStack AppsFlyer and GA4 SQL (MariaDB) BI tools: Metabase / Looker Studio / Power BI (at least one of them very well) AI workflows: automating analysis and reporting, weekly insights, documentation Nice to have: Firebase Python Experience migrating to a data warehouse / designing a warehouse layer Experience with mobile development
Responsibilities
