QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field).
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and programming languages such as Tableau and Python/R.
  • Experience with SQL, BigQuery or similar cloud-based data warehousing solutions.

Strong statistical analysis skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and produce meaningful insights.

  • Demonstrated experience with forward prediction and scenario planning.
  • Knowledge of AB testing methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Billing and Support team. The successful candidate will utilize their skills in data analysis and statistical methods to provide insights that will impact critical business decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators and trends in our billing and support functions.
  • Creating and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and timeliness.
  • Leveraging statistical analysis to project and respond to ‘what if’ scenarios, future trends, and challenges.
  • Running AB testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align billing and support processes against potential financial risks.
  • Evaluating the impact of our marketing and product offerings on billing, risk, and support, and suggesting areas for improvement or innovation.
