We are actively seeking a PART TIME Public Trust–cleared Data Analyst with strong skills in data visualization, metrics development, and reporting to support our clients at the Defense Health Agency’s Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). Qualified candidates will deliver actionable insights, develop dashboards, and analyze program performance data to help OSBP achieve its strategic small business objectives.
Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. We are currently seeking qualified candidates to include in our proposal for an upcoming government contract. Applicants selected may be contacted for further steps if the contract is awarded.

WORK DESCRIPTION:

he Data Analyst will support OSBP in becoming a data-driven organization by providing analytical products, dashboards, and reporting. This role is focused on transforming small business program data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making and outreach performance evaluation.

Responsibilities: The Data Analyst will support tasks such as:

  • Collect, validate, and analyze program performance data related to small business goals and subcontracting achievements.
  • Develop data dashboards, charts, and visualizations to present trends and insights.
  • Provide recurring reports such as weekly small business achievement and semi-annual subcontracting reports.
  • Support ad-hoc data requests and assist in the preparation of congressional, strategic, and executive reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and project coordinators to integrate data into program planning and communication efforts.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, economics, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (dashboards, pivot tables, data modeling) and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Strong statistical, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with federal small business program reporting preferred.
