Job Description

  • Maintenance of Customer Master Data in SAP, based on the requests received from internal partners (Sales, Finance Departments or Production Plants) according to specific rules;
  • 1st level consultant for problems and questions related to CMD, raised by internal partners;
  • Maintains high data quality standards by following to the rules and regulations documented in the procedures;
  • Offers support in updating the procedures for the team;
  • Proactivity in contributing with ideas for process improvements;
  • Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
  • Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Language: English and/ or another language;
  • MS Office knowledge;
  • Technical affinities (SAP);
  • High level of customer and service orientation;
  • Excellent communication skills in intercultural environment;
  • Logical thinking, curiosity and analysis abilities;
  • Positive attitude;
  • Autonomous and proactive behavior;
  • Team player and detail oriented;
  • Strong awareness of quality, reliability and responsibility.
