Your Role We are looking for Data Analyst to take us to the next stage of growth, supporting functions across Tamara's business and enabling strong data analytics, dashboards and data -driven decision making as Tamara scales. The successful candidate will show a strong passion for data and also prowess in delivering insights from data and good stakeholder management. Your Responsibilities Drive business impact through actionable insights and identifying key opportunities for rapid growth Build dashboards that provide accurate and actionable insights Work with the data engineering team on the data enrichment needs of the product team Work with stakeholders across the business to prioritize projects based on impact and drive delivery Developing a process to identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, empower informed decision making for stakeholders Ensuring governance and being a steward of good analytical practices throughout the process Your Expertise 0-2 years of experience in data analytics Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or other analytical field. Good knowledge in using programming (Python, R) to manipulate large data sets for insights Demonstrated proficiency in one or more implementations of SQL (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL) Experience using one or more data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik) Strong internship experience in a data role All qualified individuals are encouraged to apply.
