Overview As a Data Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our organization's data-driven culture. Location:This position is based out of our Charlottesville Support Center Office, located in the Dairy Market. This role offers a hybrid schedule, balancing on-site work with remote flexibility. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain key performance metrics. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by automating and streamlining technical processes. Perform in-depth data mining and analytics to uncover cost-saving opportunities. Provide timely responses to ad-hoc data requests and contribute to root cause analysis efforts. Consult with decision-makers to identify data sources and validation standards. Integrate data from diverse sources to ensure accuracy and integrity. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration, Economics, Business Administration, Public Health, Mathematics, Accounting, or related field. Minimum four (4) years of experience in business analysis or data management and analysis tools. Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Tableau. Familiarity with data engineering and modeling concepts. Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire new technical skills and apply them effectively. Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of managing complex projects. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail. $90,000 - $110,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
