CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD Location: Washington D.C/NCR Clearance: Public Trust Key Responsibilities * Owns loan-level data integrity and preprocessing across all phases.  * Extracts, validates, and resolves dirty or incomplete loan performance data before model execution.  * Designs and maintains automated projected versus actual performance analyses per PWS Section 3. *  Owns Monthly Data Creation (CDR 29), quarterly Website Report Updates (CDR 28), Intragovernmental Automation Tool maintenance (CDR 32), and 1502 Analysis (CDR 30). Experience  * Minimum 4 years of data engineering, data analysis, or quantitative data processing experience. * Demonstrated experience with loan-level financial data, federal government data environments, or large-scale structured data processing. * Proficiency in SAS and Python required; experience with SQL and Excel data automation a plus. Minimum Qualifications * Demonstrated proficiency in SAS data extraction and Python data processing is required as a condition of assignment. * Experience with ETL workflows and data validation frameworks required. * Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative field required.
