Responsibilities

Are you interested to play a key role in transforming and supporting the Client Name & Media Screening tools and processes in which the tools are used? When analyzing data and making data driven decisions is part of your DNA then this is an opportunity for you.

We focus on protecting the capital and reputation of the bank by making sure we provide best-in-class Financial Crime Prevention products and are looking for someone who can:

  • Analyze and optimize the performance of our Client Name & Media Screening tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency in accordance with the bank’s risk appetite framework
  • Conduct regular deep-dives and generate performance reports to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement
  • Present opportunities and recommendations from improving the solutions to stakeholders
  • Support in creating and implementing a robust reporting framework that enables deep dives into user and system behavior
  • Designing and developing comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide insights into the effectiveness of our Client Name & Media Screening tools
  • Collaborate with IT and compliance teams to integrate best practices and new technologies into our screening processes
  • Work closely with data engineers and system architects to enhance data collection, quality, and storage
  • Communicate complex technical and regulatory information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner, employing effective storytelling techniques
  • Ensure compliance with policies, standards and regulatory requirements
