Description Do you enjoy making systems, make sense? We’re hiring a Data Analyst! At Coastline EAP/RISAS, soon to be C3 Wellbeing, data is more than numbers. It’s how we measure impact, guide decisions, and improve the lives of students, employees, and communities. We’re looking for a Data Analyst who wants their work to matter. Someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity and partnering across teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and well-organized data that supports program delivery, funder reporting, and internal decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of programs, people, and systems. It’s ideal for a passionate, detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys translating complex data into clear, actionable information. What you’ll do: · Be the internal owner and steward of C3 Wellbeing’s data environment and analytics ecosystem across programs, human resources, finance, and external vendors · Collaborate with program staff, finance, human resources, and external vendors to translate operational needs into well-integrated, effective reporting solutions · Produce accurate, timely reports and dashboards that support leadership, funders, and internal teams · Strengthen day-to-day reporting while improving long-term system quality, governance, and compliance · Help move the organization away from manual workarounds toward sustainable, well-documented systems The details: · Location: In-person in Warwick, RI (remote flexibility considered case-by-case) · Reports to: Chief Program Officer · Tools we use: Power BI, SQL, Trax, EAPX, Paylocity, QuickBooks (and more) We value collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Requirements This role might be for you if… You have:· A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data management, information systems, public administration, epidemiology, or related field. 1–3 years of experience working with data systems in education, healthcare, or human services. Hands-on experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI and SQL; Python is a plus. Experience working with organization-wide data systems, including integrating data across programs, HR, and finance platforms. You are: A self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Able to communicate clearly with both technical vendors and non-technical staff Someone who prefers a hands-on role, owning reporting, documentation, and system improvement - not just analysis· Comfortable learning new systems and working across multiple platforms
