Job Description MISSION : To support order processing function on daily basis and ensure customer's orders are handled correctly and on a timely basis. To support and receiving the reports from IP on timely basis. To support and delivering the reports without delay to the customers without errors. To support and provide Customer Service (Query Response) on timely basis without any delays and errors. To support and getting a quick response from IP on remainders/cancellation request and speed change request (via COFITIL). To support in validating the consumption report. To provide continues support for client when required. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: To support order processing function on daily basis and ensure customer's orders are handled correctly and on a timely basis.
