    The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
    Position Summary
    Reporting to the Executive Director of Data Analytics, the Data Analyst will support the development, maintenance, and delivery of data and reports related to the academic curriculum and programs at Columbia Business School. The Analyst will assist with data gathering, analysis, and reporting efforts to inform the School’s operations and planning, ensuring data integrity and consistency across sources.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in data analysis, research, or reporting.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and Excel required.
  • Familiarity with statistical or data tools (e.g., R, Stata, Python) preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Interest in working collaboratively in a team setting and learning new systems or tools as needed
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and analytical support for ongoing team projects and long-term data initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
