REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with data transformation and reporting workflows
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python/PHP) is a plus
• Experience with AI tools and techniques, or a strong willingness to learn and apply AI in data analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not essential)

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Data Analyst at Consenna, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across our programmes and client engagements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and development to ensure data integrity, performance reporting, and continuous improvement in our analytics capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data Extraction & Management:
• Coordinate the extraction of usage and performance data from internal platforms and client systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Data Transformation & Analysis:
• Clean, structure, and analyse data using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Performance Reporting:
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and operational metrics. Present findings to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work with internal teams to understand data needs and deliver insights in a clear, actionable format. Support regular KPI reviews and strategic planning.
• Process Optimisation:
• Continuously improve data workflows, automate reporting processes, and contribute to the development of best practices in data governance.
