Key Responsibilities: Cleanse, transform, and structure large datasets to support sourcing decisions (ETL processes). Develop and maintain relational and pivot tables to analyze supplier and spend data. Create insightful dashboards and visualizations. Support the preparation of client presentations and sourcing strategy documents. Collaborate with sourcing leads to understand project requirements and deliver analytical support. Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes and reporting standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Supply Chain, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or consulting role (management consulting background strongly preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and PowerPoint; Power BI is a strong plus. Familiarity with query languages (e.g., SQL) and relational database concepts. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. English fluency required; German is a strong advantage. Interest or experience in procurement or packaging categories is a plus. Join a truly global team.
