The Data Analyst will:

• Support and maintain Tableau dashboards and Tableau Prep workflows — handle bugs, enhancement requests, and new development.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT) that feed our reporting and decision-support systems.
• Provide user support and technical assistance to business users on Tableau UI, dashboard functionality, and data availability.
• Manage a backlog of data and reporting requests — working closely with business stakeholders and data engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement prioritized data initiatives (new dashboards, updated pipelines, data quality improvements).
• Contribute to documentation of data flows, Tableau assets, and data pipeline processes.
• Assist with data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reporting outputs.
• Participate in operational monitoring and alerting of key data assets and pipelines.
• Use of data engineering best practices to continuously improve our cap.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
