Job Description We have an exciting Contract role opportunity in our Media Operations Team, tuning audience data in actionable insights. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional, who want to progress their career in media research and join a team launching work first service. In this role, you will be responsible for several key performance and quality indicators across Australia and New Zealand. You will be given the autonomy to make the role your own whilst still working closely with both Operations and Commercial teams. Key responsibilities include Laison with internal and external stakeholders Taking ownership of data quality, delivery and reporting Take responsibility for maintaining and enhancing existing processes as well as developing and adopting new tools and process as required Run, setup and maintain quality control procedures and reports Analyse data and report back to internal stakeholders Document processes Skills and experience The ideal candidate must be highly data focus, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to react and adapt quickly to changing business needs with great communication skills. Qualifications Qualifications Strong Excel Critical thinking mindset with strong problem-solving skills SQL Platform: Microsoft SQL Server, SQLite, MySQL knowledge are desirable Web App (Java Server Pages): Java Server Pages/NetBeans/TomCat experience is a plus 1–3 years of experience will be an added advantage Some experience with Other: R Statistics, XML, Python and AWS Sound communication skills, good English and the ability to work independently Other Attributes “Can Do” attitude Experience with version control / change control Ability to clearly document processes Additional Information Please take note that this role is for a contingent worker, meaning you’ll be working as a contract staff.
