JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our success depends on the quality of data and insights we deliver to our customers and that’s where you come in. As a Data Analyst, you’ll combine your technical expertise with a passion for problem-solving to create intelligent, automated data solutions that drive real impact.
In this role, you’ll work across data analysis, extraction, assessment, documentation, and reporting, while also contributing to larger projects such as data visualisation and automation. You’ll collaborate with teams across the business to design innovative solutions, ensuring our customers receive accurate, timely, and actionable insights. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Intermediate SQL Server skills – essential.
  • Python experience – desirable (not essential).
  • Strong understanding of data structures and data management principles.
  • Proven experience in automating solutions and working with cloud-based technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to assess and improve processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and escalate issues when needed.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an agile team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure clarity and understanding across stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver automated custom data extracts, including briefing, SQL querying, delivery, and post-delivery client support.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for designing, building, and delivering reporting solutions for internal and external clients using automated methodologies.
  • Develop report and dashboard automation solutions leveraging AWS services, SQL, and (ideally) Python.
  • Perform data analysis and present insights in a clear and actionable format.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the company’s property data assets.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Ensure all data assets, processes, and systems are accurately documented and up to date. Provide periodic property data reporting and identify/report data anomalies.
