You’ll partner with stakeholders to deliver impactful reporting using Power BI and Tableau, while enhancing data quality, governance, and automation across the business. Immediate start available. What You Bring * Proven experience delivering end-to-end BI solutions using Power BI * Strong Tableau capability for maintaining and enhancing reports * Advanced Excel and strong numerical skills * Solid SQL and data modelling knowledge (ETL/ELT, warehousing) * Experience with DAX, Power Query, and Python for automation * Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills * Ability to manage priorities and deliver to deadlines Key Responsibilities * Design and deliver interactive dashboards and reporting (Power BI & Tableau) * Build scalable data models and enable self-service reporting * Integrate and transform data from multiple sources * Translate business needs into technical solutions and insights * Optimise performance, data quality, and governance controls * Automate reporting processes and improve efficiency * Support users and promote data literacy across the business It is the policy of Crawford that all successful employees consent to a national police check.
