ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in the required specialty from an accredited university.
• 7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience working with SQL databases and programming languages such as Python or R is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
• Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
• Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes.
• Develop A/B testing framework and test model quality.
• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the performance of data-driven initiatives.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to build and maintain accessible data pipelines.
• Create and present data-driven insights to support decision-making at various organizational levels.
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices and share knowledge across the organization.
