ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic Global Logistics team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact by diving deep into our logistics operations to identify opportunities for enhancing customer/courier experience. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to provide data-driven insights that drive key decisions and improvements. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong analytical abilities, a passion for data visualization, and a desire to contribute to a global logistics organization.
Location: Remote - Calgary/ Hybrid- 3 days a week from our Winnipeg office & 2 days working from home
Reporting to: Delivery Forecasting & Insights Manager

THESE ARE SOME OF THE KEY INGREDIENTS TO THE ROLE:

• Gather and understand stakeholder requirements to ensure dashboards are relevant, actionable, and meet business needs.
• Extract, clean, transform, and load data from various data sources to support dashboard development and ad-hoc analysis.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of logistics data (e.g., order patterns, delivery performance, customer feedback) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement in customer experience.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, interactive, and user-friendly dashboards (Tableau/Looker) to visualize key logistics performance indicators and trends for various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, customer service, product) to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical questions.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to the development of data documentation and best practices for dashboard creation and data analysis.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing dashboards and analytical processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analysis.
