Responsibilities
  • Identify impacts to our clients.
  • Accountable for end-to-end management of pre and post enrolment reporting analysis and updates.
  • Engage and collaborate with internal team members and stakeholders to provide status updates and resolve client issues.
  • Create the necessary handover documentation and transition the changes to the Service Owner for sign-off.
  • Contribute to enrolment project level deliverables
  • Work collaboratively with the Admi Advantage RBA and Service Owner teams to pro-actively share information and foster continued learning and development
  • Look for ways to improve/ streamline the way we work and how we service our customers and stakeholders
