REQUIRED SOFT SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

  • Working experience in change management and deployment cycle

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE SKILLS:

  1. 0-2 years experience. Open to new grads
  2. Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint 3. Experience with PowerBI

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  1. Experience writing SQL queries for reporting
  2. Background in high-volume or recurring report generation

Education:

  • Undergraduate Degree with interests in data and analytics are highly preferred

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with internal and external customers to understand data requirements
  • Prioritize reporting needs of customers
  • Fulfill data needs of customers by report creation and escalation where necessary
  • Expand technical and Group Benefit knowledge to expand the subset of reports they can create
  • Work with Business Analytics and Advice teammates to improve report creation processes
  • Be a first line of defense in supporting Group Benefits data governance
