They play an integral part in aiding key business decisions for the Walt Disney Company, encompassing both Corporate and Disney Entertainment - Parks, Cruises, Games, Consumer Products, Disney+, Hulu, Marvel, Lucasfilm, 20th Century Studios, Pixar, Disney Live Action, and Walt Disney Animation. You will join a dynamic group who are passionate about bringing the consumer voice into company decision-making every day.
You will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data related to our presence on digital platforms and social media, providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive informed business decisions. This role is responsible for monitoring social media platforms, digital news outlets, and online communities to identify emerging and trending topics related to the company via exceptional analytical capabilities, an understanding of digital and social media platforms, and the ability to organize, visualize, and translate data into actionable insights.
