Your tasks

• As a CRM Data Analyst, you work in the field of Business Intelligence at the interface between business, data engineering, and product development.
• You ensure that CRM-relevant data, target group logics, and campaign use cases are professionally defined, technically feasible, and analytically usable.
• You translate requirements from the private customer sector into clear, prioritized, and actionable data requirements for CRM, sales, and campaign use cases.
• You will develop technical rules, segmentation logics, derivation criteria, and data quality requirements for target groups, customer data, and CRM processes.
• You will analyze internal and external data sources, assess their suitability, and specify requirements for integration into our Cloud Data Platform.
• You will act as a sparring partner for our product owners and specialist departments, moderate workshops to clarify the project requirements, and support the implementation from the initial requirement to the tested data artifact.
• You investigate incidents and anomalies in the CRM database and drive the technical clarification forward together with our data engineers and other second-line experts.
