Data Analyst is a professional who is responsible for cleansing, analysing and interpreting data to provide insights that support business decisions. The Data Analyst will help to review all the data in the multiple systems and cleanse this, so this can be used in the business to analyse and create report.
They will also be involved in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools to communicate findings to stakeholders. This is an analytical position. Data Analysts collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide recommendations for process improvements.
There will be focus on analysing & cleansing the data for both the manufacturing and installation function of the business. Looking into specific KPIs relating to both of these functions, to measure success, efficiency and room for improvement. They will also be responsible in helping to produce the other regular reports and dashboards for the rest of the business.
They will be working as part of a team to cleanse the data, produce these reports & KPIs on a regular basis, whilst trying to automate data flow, so Dortek get to a stage where the majority of data is live and accurate.

Responsibilities

  • Cleansing the multiple data sources which Dortek currently holds information/systems
  • Collect and analyse data to develop insights and recommendations for business decisions.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements for reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reporting.
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and written reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics.

Requirements and skills

  • Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
