OB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support our MIS platforms and provide data-driven insights for decision-making. The role involves managing data extraction, analysis, and visualization while ensuring data accuracy and supporting stakeholders with timely solutions.

• MIS Platform Support: Provide daily support and troubleshooting for educational MIS platforms.
• Data Extraction & Analysis: Use SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis.
• Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to deliver actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Data Quality Assurance: Monitor, validate, and resolve data discrepancies to ensure high standards of data accuracy and compliance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with academic and operational staff to gather data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Documentation & Training: Maintain documentation for data processes and provide training or basic support to staff when required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong expertise in Power BI (dashboards, reporting, and data visualization).
• Other Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
