JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful candidate will be supporting data management operation activities for the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and Total Portfolio Data Mart (TPDM) within the Data Strategy Group. The role involves managing data quality, reconciliation, and issue handling to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of investment data across systems and stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Proven experience in data reconciliation, data quality management, and data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience in data querying and validation.
• Experience in working with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
• Prior exposure to investment data domain preferred.
• Experience in designing and executing UAT cycles.
• Strong ability to document technical/functional specifications clearly and accurately.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and logical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Perform data reconciliation and quality checks against Service Level Agreements (SLA), including implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct data analysis to identify discrepancies, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Manage and resolve data-related issues, ensuring minimal business impact.
• Support and manage user requests, queries, and enhancements related to data operations.
• Design, plan, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes and enhancements.
• Provide technical and functional documentation support, including specifications and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
• Apply investment data domain knowledge to validate datasets and ensure consistency across systems.
• Work with SQL and Snowflake for data extraction, validation, and transformation.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement by leveraging problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
