Endeavour Foundation’s work is critical and the Data Analyst role is important in helping to ensure that Endeavour Foundation can continue to deliver its services in the future.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Data Analyst within the Lotteries Strategy team, you will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision making through analytics, business intelligence and predictive modelling. Your focus will be on turning complex data into clear insights that support supporter engagement, campaign effectiveness and strategic initiatives. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions that drive continuous improvement and revenue growth across our Lotteries program.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Run the day-to-day cadence of analytics for Endeavour Lotteries, including developing and automating dashboards, scheduled reporting, ad-hoc deep dives, and delivering actionable insights with quick turnarounds to optimise campaign performance.
  • Identify growth opportunities by analysing behavioural and transactional supporter data, translating trends into strategic recommendations for consumption by product and marketing teams.
  • Proactively investigate and address data quality issues to ensure accurate, timely decision-making.
  • Use and promote the use of tools like Snowflake, Amplitude, Power BI, and Python for comprehensive data exploration and clear presentation of insights.
  • Support the development of customer segmentation strategies within marketing systems, enhancing targeting precision and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to predictive modelling initiatives aimed at improving supporter targeting, engagement, and retention.
  • Uphold and enhance data governance practices, maintaining accuracy, integrity, documentation, and data lineage standards across all analytics deliverables.
