ABOUT THE ROLE

A live protocol generates data constantly network health, DEX volume, bridge utilization, node performance, on-chain user behavior. The Data Analyst for Engineering turns that signal into decisions: which protocol parameters to tune, which upgrades to prioritize, and where the bottlenecks are before they become problems.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Build and maintain the on-chain analytics infrastructure: data indexing, pipeline architecture, and dashboard layer
• Track protocol performance KPIs: network health, node statistics, DEX volume, and Fast Bridge utilization
• Produce regular engineering performance reports for technical leadership
• Support protocol upgrade decision-making with data analysis
• Build Dune Analytics dashboards and The Graph subgraph implementations as needed
• Coordinate with the Data Scientist (Marketing) on shared on-chain data infrastructure
• Document all analytics pipelines and dashboard systems
