About the job

Main objective: Analyze business process data, identify inefficiencies, and provide insights that help customers improve operational performance.

• Key responsibilities:Extract and analyze data from systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and other ERP platforms.
• Use SQL and Python to investigate business processes.
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and reports using Celonis Process Intelligence.
• Analyze process bottlenecks, deviations, and inefficiencies.
• Identify root causes of operational problems.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Measure the impact of process improvements.

• Required technical skills:SQL
• Python (advantageous)
• Data analytics and visualization
• Celonis Process Mining
• Business Intelligence (Power BI, Tableau)
• Understanding of ERP systems, especially SAP
• Process analysis and KPI development
