Learn more at experianplc.com. Job Description What you will do: You will be part of a team promoting the use of Data and BI throughout the organisation. You will design and develop reports and dashboards using Power BI / Excel (can perform complex functions) , analyzing data and dataflows, and root cause analysis. This also involves preparing communications and presentations, assisting the business in obtaining solutions to complex problems and communicating issues adversely impacting the business to management. You will be reporting to the Head of Analytics. You will: Lead the design and execution of analytical tasks ensuring they meet business need Import and transform data using Excel, Power BI, and other reporting and analytical tools Identify data mismatches and continuously strive for improving processes Manage execution of data checks to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and global data integrity. Design complex dashboards and presentations, ensuring they meet business needs Contribute with ideas and actions towards continuous improvement of processes within master data areas Generate ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and database queries and scripts. Qualifications What you will bring: 3+ years experience in BI, Analytics, Data Management or similar role Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Advanced experience in reporting tools Power BI / Tableau / Business Objects / OBIE / Visier or similar Be able to convey technical information to non technical audiences Ability to work autonomously JSON/SQL/R/Python knowledge would be considered as an advantage Fluency in English language Additional Information What you will get: Work environment - excellent work conditions with friendly environment, recognized team spirit, and fun and quality recreation time.
