About the Role We are looking for a Full-Time Data Tutor to support our students throughout their learning journey. This role requires a strong balance between technical expertise and the ability to guide, motivate, and support adult learners in a remote, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring student success by providing personalized support, reviewing projects, and helping students overcome technical and conceptual challenges. What you will do Conduct 1:1 sessions to support students with technical questions and project development Review student projects and provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback Answer student questions via written channels (e.g., Discord), following SLA expectations Support live learning activities such as co-learning sessions or workshops (when necessary) Guide students through their learning journey, ensuring engagement and consistent progress Identify recurring student challenges and proactively suggest improvements to content and processes Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall student experience Requirements 2+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst or in a related field Professional-level knowledge of Python for solving business problems (ideally 3+ years) 1+ year of experience with SQL in real-world scenarios Solid understanding of data visualization, statistics, and probability Experience with data wrangling libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, etc. Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and accessible explanations Intermediate level of English (comfortable reading documentation and communicating professionally) Nice to Have Experience in teaching, mentoring, or supporting learners (bootcamps, online education, etc.) Experience working with adult learners or career transition programs Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals Exposure to modern AI tools (e.g., LLMs, automation workflows) Experience working in remote and fast-paced environments Education Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) Postgraduate or Master’s degree is a strong plus What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills and empathy when working with students High level of ownership and accountability Ability to manage time effectively in a remote setup A genuine interest in education and helping others succeed Comfort working in a dynamic and evolving environment What we can offer you At TripleTen, you’ll be part of a mission-driven team helping people transform their lives through education.
