PREFERRED SKILLS

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interact with internal stakeholders to validate revenue recognition
  • Support ad hoc reporting requests related to client performance, clinical outcomes, or product usage
  • Provide financial analyses to support strategic initiatives
  • Perform deep-dive analyses that guide product and strategy decisions
  • Identify risks and opportunities to transform data to provide business insights into key performance metrics and dashboards
  • Assist in the development, deployment and adoptions of business intelligence and reporting tools
  • Support forecasting and modeling workflows by contributing high-quality, structured datasets
  • Conducts research internally and/or externally to obtain information such as financial data, product or market profiles, or business process flows
  • Document assumptions, methodologies, and data pipelines for reproducibility and collaboration
  • Stay current on industry and analytics trends, especially within healthcare and AI
  • Other duties as assigned

This is a high-impact, mid-level role where you’ll be both hands-on with data and a contributor to client-facing analytics. If you’re passionate about turning raw data into meaningful insights and supporting innovation in healthcare, we want to hear from you.

  • Deliver and Execute (70%)- Partner with the Director of Applied Machine Learning to support internal and external reporting needs, deliver timely ad hoc analyses, and contribute to datasets and prototypes used in AI-powered product development. You’ll work with SQL, Python, and Excel to extract, clean, analyze, and visualize data-particularly in the PBM and clinical domains. You’ll apply structured thinking to transform ambiguity into actionable insights and use best practices in data storytelling to influence stakeholders.
  • Learns and Grow (25%) - Explore emerging technologies and statistical approaches, refine your technical skills, and learn how data science and strategy come together to shape product design. Stay curious and continuously seek opportunities to enhance your domain expertise in pharmacy, clinical data, and analytics.
  • Plan and Align (5%) - Collaborate across analytics, product, and clinical teams to align work with strategic priorities. Support cross-functional initiatives and communicate clearly with both internal stakeholders and clients. Bring a proactive and collaborative mindset to every interaction
