Description
The candidate would be required to provide support to the Product and Underwriting Team whose mission is focus on development and review Motor and Non Motor Products, including underwriting and antifraud rules definition and Terms&Conditions preparation. The individual's key responsibilities are listed below: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · data collection and processing to support standard portfolio analysis · analysis and development of insurance Motor and Non Motor products · definition and management of underwriting and antifraud rules and development of related reports · portfolio monitoring based on main KPIs · identification of the best solution for the immediate results and for future implementations · support Pricing team to identify corrective measures KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE - Experience (minimum 2-4 years) in Insurance/Consulting Company or with focus on data analyses - Master’s degree in Information Technology, Math, Physics, Statistics or equivalent - Strong analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills - Excellent knowledge of SQL and Python - Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Team spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive result-driven working style as well as ability to interact in a global work environment with people from different countries and cultures - Fluent in English (both written and spoken
