Job Description
This is a Data Analyst role where you will be working as part of the analytics team within the Estates function, focusing on developing, analysing & creating tools/models/reports used by the business. You must have an analytical mindset, strong communication skills & be able to adapt to fast paced, ever changing business environments.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in developing Power BI reports, including writing and optimising DAX measures.
  • Proficient in SQL, and experienced working with relational databases.
  • Able to manage and prioritise workload.
  • Strong problem-solving ability & a commercial mindset
  • Able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders with various levels of technical understanding.
  • Proactive, independent, self-starter who is ready to jump in and get things done

Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain a key quarterly report within the business – collecting data from stakeholders, validating and analysing inputs, and delivering summary insights.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Power BI dashboards; design and develop new reports as needed.
  • Produce ad-hoc reports and perform detailed analysis of property data using Excel.
  • Write and optimise database queries.
  • Working with large data sets - analysing, interpreting & drawing conclusions to support business critical decisions
  • Assist in the implementation of AI and automation projects, primarily in Airtable.
  • Identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business.
