THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Data Analyst for a fixed-term maternity cover (18 months) to join our team at TMS/TCR. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing rental revenue, developing KPI dashboards, and driving data-led decision making across the business. Working closely with multiple departments, you will support operational excellence and promote a culture of continuous improvement through insight and analysis.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Business Analysis, Engineering, or Business Administration
  • Knowledge of EIS 3.0 and SAP systems
  • Experience developing business cases or process initiatives
  • Ability to interpret operational processes and system data

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as gatekeeper of rental revenue, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, contract updates, and meter readings
  • Drive improvements in business processes, becoming a subject matter expert in service order and rental flows
  • Perform detailed business analysis to highlight performance, profitability, and areas for optimisation
  • Develop and maintain live dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI to support daily operations
  • Analyse costs related to non-rented assets (e.g. transport, preparation, scrapping)
  • Support in producing monthly customer reports and insights
  • ️ Identify business requirements and effectively communicate them to stakeholders
  • Build strong internal relationships and influence process change
  • Assist with ad hoc projects such as cost savings and fleet replacements

QUALITY, HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow all safety rules and correct use of PPE
  • Report incidents, near misses, and hazards promptly
  • Participate in safety improvement initiatives
