Description
GoMining is looking for a Data Analyst who will work with marketing and product data, build visualizations, support decision-making with accurate insights, and contribute to analytical models and automation. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with business understanding and can turn data into actionable recommendations in complex, transaction-heavy environments. Responsibilities: Analyze marketing and product data to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities. Design and maintain dashboards and visual reports using BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI). Build analytical and forecasting models based on product, financial, and behavioral data. Work with datasets related to fintech, payments, crypto, and transaction-based systems. Analyze financial product performance, including payments, lending, brokerage, or digital asset flows. Support analytics for crypto / Web3 products and digital asset ecosystems. Prepare technical documentation and maintain data dictionaries for the analytics function. Support automation of analytical processes, reporting pipelines, and recurring workflows. Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment. Present insights to stakeholders in a structured, clear, and actionable format. 2+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or marketing analytics. Strong SQL skills and practical experience with Python (pandas, numpy, visualization libraries). Proficiency with BI tools: Looker Studio / Tableau / Power BI. Ability to work with large datasets, clean data, and identify statistical patterns. Experience with customer segmentation and lifecycle analytics (LTV, Churn, Retention). Understanding of marketing and sales performance metrics (ROI, CAC, conversion metrics). Skills in forecasting and building predictive or statistical models. English level B2/C1 — able to communicate clearly in international teams. Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
