Description
Growe welcomes those who are excited to: Design, develop, and maintain data models and transformations using DBT; Build and optimize datasets in AWS Athena, Redshift; Collaborate with Data Engineers and BI Developers to ensure consistency and reusability of data sources across the company; Implement data quality tests, documentation, and lineage to maintain trust in data; Partner with business stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into scalable data solutions; Contribute to the standardization of metrics and definitions across dashboards and reports; Support Tableau/Analytic teams in performance tuning, source validation, and model optimization; Participate in code reviews, CI/CD, and continuous improvement of the data stack. We need your professional experience: 3+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, Data/Product Analyst, or BI Developer in a modern data stack environment; Strong SQL skills (analytical queries, CTEs, window functions, optimization); Experience with dbt (sources, models, tests, macros, documentation); Good understanding of data modeling principles (star schema, incremental builds, staging layers); Familiarity with Airflow DAGs, scheduling, and dependencies; Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development; English – intermediate or higher (able to communicate in technical discussions); At least an Intermediate level of the Ukrainian language.
