Description
  • Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse and profile data from source and target systems.
  • Develop source-to-target mapping documentation and transformation rules.
  • Use SQL to analyse, validate, reconcile, and investigate data.
  • Support migration activities, testing, cutovers, and issue resolution.
  • Build Power BI dashboards to track migration progress and data quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate findings.
  • Maintain documentation, issue logs, and governance artefacts.
  • Mandatory Skills & Experience3-6 years' experience in Data Analysis or Data Migration projects.
  • Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboard development.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, SQL Server, or similar Microsoft data platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in data profiling, data mapping, and data quality analysis.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer
